Arbor App / Parent Portal

At GCMS, we use the Arbor management information system (MIS) to manage data about your child. 

When your child joins our school, primary guardians will be provided with their own username and password to access Arbor through either:

  • The Arbor App (on mobile devices); or
  • The Parent Portal (on a PC/laptop/Chromebook)

Simply click on the Arbor link found in the top right-hand corner of each page of our website to access:

Once logged in, you will be able to access key information about your child relating to:

  • Your child's student profile;
  • Your child's timetable;
  • Attendance information;
  • Report cards;
  • In-app messages that have been sent to you by the school;
  • Activities such as clubs and trips
