Mr H Out of School Club

For health and safety reasons, pupils should not be on our school site before 8.30am or after 3.30pm unless they are attending a pre-organised school club as there are no staff available to supervise them.

At GCMS we have partnered with Mr H Out of School Clubs to establish wraparound care provision to help support parents and their childcare needs.

Facilities available include:

• Breakfast Club: 7.15am - 8.30am (new for Sept 2024)
• After School Club: 3.20pm - 5.50pm

Drop-Off Arrangements for Breakfast Club

The morning is an extremely busy time for deliveries to our school site for the Catering Team. To maintain the safety of children attending the Breakfast Club, children should enter the school site at the KS3 entrance shown below, where they will be able to drop off any bicycles or scooters at the bike shed before entering the school building:

Pupils are to be collected from gated compound outside our school dining hall. There is a bell on the gate which will alert Mr H's team that you are waiting to collect your child:
