Code of Conduct for Using  Our Forums

We take pride in keeping our forums respectful, pleasant, and enjoyable for members of all ages.

Please read the following guidelines before posting.


All posts are read by our administration and moderation team. If we catch questionable content, it will immediately be edited or removed and there will be further investigation. Any post that is considered advertising for self-interests, fits under this subject.

Language and Contributions

  • Our forums are family-friendly. There are young users and therefore inappropriate language is not allowed. This constitutes the use of any kind of offensive, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate material deemed unsuitable, particularly for younger members. Inappropriate language will be deleted and users will be warned or removed.

  • Do not post provocative, outrageous, or pointless messages. Repeat violators will be permanently banned.

  • We ask that all users must demonstrate an interest in contributing to discussions positively and constructively.

  • In order to maintain a positive atmosphere, no personal attacks or insults will be tolerated. If a forum reaches this point, the discussion will be closed by the moderation team. Violators will be warned and potentially banned dependent on circumstance.

  • Please avoid excessive font sizes or over use of emojis.

  • Please note that our forums are run by our teaching staff in their own time - we will attempt to respond as quickly as we can to any queries. If you post on a board you will receive an email notification to inform you of a response.

If you have a issue or a complaint, please direct it to the administrator, not to the boards. We will then take appropriate action. We reserve the right to remove members when deemed necessary, with or without prior warning or permission.


If you have something to post and you're not sure which board it belongs in, do not post it in more than one board. If the administrators or moderators think it would fit better in another location, it will be moved there. 

If you forget your password, use the password recovery tool, in which case you will be able to reset your password, given that you have access to the e-mail associated with your account. If you are still unable to login, contact the administrator.
