Privacy Policy - Forums and School Website

We value the importance of the privacy of all users of our website in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2019.  


Everyone responsible for using personal data has to follow strict rules called ‘data protection principles’. They must make sure the information is:

As part of our induction process, all families will have received an enrolment form which was completed and handed to our school office. This form outlines our 'use of internet resources' by pupils and acts as the standard for acceptable behaviour on our forums by pupils. We strongly advise that no personal information is posted on our forums, and only usernames will be displayed in posts. All pupils wishing to use our forums must only use their school email address to join - this information will not be accessible to others. Pupils must not add pictures of themselves, particularly on their profiles. All password created are personal to each individual user and should not be shared with any other parties.

Our website is hosted on the platform. Your data may be stored through’s data storage, databases and the general applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. More information regarding's privacy policy can be accessed HERE.

If you don’t want us to process your data anymore, please contact us and we will remove your profile from our members area (joined when you follow us on our forums).
